Nicolas Otamendi and Danilo could leave Manchester City this summer in search of more consistent playing time.

Otamendi signed a contract extension in January, but has started less than half of City's matches.

Aymeric Laporte is a regular starter, captain Vincent Kompany has been drafted in for big games when fit and John Stones is seen as the club's long-term choice.

Matthijs de Ligt of Ajax could also be signed this summer.

Romelu Lukaku's future with Manchester United is up in the air, according to the striker.

“I don’t know, I am not here to entertain rumours. I am still under contract," said Lukaku, when asked whether he would return to the team next season.

Lukaku also defended David De Gea following the keeper's latest blunder.

“He has the been the best player at the club since when? Seven or eight years consistently. I don’t think we should discredit him and suddenly say he is a bad goalkeeper. He has saved us so many times this. It happens to strikers, it happens to midfielders and now it is happening to him. He has to learn from it," added Lukaku.

Sergio Ramos followed Eden Hazard on Instagram, furthering speculation that Hazard will move to Real Madrid following the season.

The two sides have been linked throughout the season, with Real Madrid reportedly attempting to lower Chelsea's asking price for the winger.

A potential transfer ban for Chelsea could complicate the move. 

Thorgan Hazard has agreed to personal terms with Borussia Dortmund, setting up for a potential summer move.

The deal now rests on Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach coming to terms on a transfer price.

"I've already said I would like to take a new step in my career. I want to discover something new. We now have to wait for an agreement between the clubs. That takes time. That's how it goes with negotiations," said Hazard.

Hazard has scored 30 goals in 144 appearances for Gladbach. 

Maurizio Sarri said he needed time to fully implement his ideas and turn Chelsea into a contending team.

“I am sure that, in two seasons, we will be able to be close to them. But I am not sure, in two seasons, we’ll be able to be better than them. When I arrived in Naples, Napoli had finished 24 points from Juventus. In the first season we ended up nine points from Juventus. In the second season it was five points and, in the third season, four points. For us it was impossible for us to cover completely the gap but we were very close to doing it," said Sarri.

Chelsea are currently appealing a two-window transfer ban. Sarri said he can still improve the side without transfers.

“Of course, with the market, it’s better. But we can improve without the market too.”

Ivan Rakitic re-affirmed his commitment to Barcelona amid transfer speculation.

"I don't want to be anywhere else. I hope the club, the president, the coach and the fans see this the same way I do. I hope they tell me that I'll stay here for another three years. I'd like to be able to point to the three more years on my contract and to say I'll be here three more years. Anything can happen in football, but I am very calm about it all," said Rakitic following Barcelona's win that clinched the league title.

Rakitic has been linked with a move away from Barcelona to Juventus in recent months. 

Zinedine Zidane addressed rumors of both Eden Hazard and Gareth Bale before Real Madrid's match against Rayo Vallecano. 

"Any good players can play together. Do you remember when people said that I couldn't play with [Youri] Djorkaeff?" responded Zidane when asked whether Bale and Hazard could play together.

Zidane added that he has a plan for how he wants to approach this summer's transfer window.

"I know what I want to do for next season, the players, the profiles... We are working on it but still have four games left to play. Then we can see."

PSG are reportedly looking to swap Edinson Cavani for Diego Costa this summer.

Costa has been linked with a summer move away from Atletico Madrid following the fallout from his red card against Barcelona.

Cavani's contract with PSG expires at the end of next season.

Real Madrid have reportedly rejected multiple bids of €180 million for Marco Asensio.

Asensio has had a disappointing 18-19 season, which has led to speculation he could leave Real Madrid.

Liverpool and Juventus have been reportedly interested in Asensio.

"Over the last year there have been offers as high as €150m and €180m, but Madrid did not want to listen to them," Horacio Gaggioli told ESPN FC. "There is always interest in Marco from other big clubs, seeing if he wanted to leave, which is normal for the player he is.

"But he always says that he is very happy with Madrid, is only interested in being a success there. He is still a young kid, improving all the time, and the club is very happy with him too."

Zinedine Zidane has turned his attention towards adding Jadon Sancho, according to BILD.

Dortmund are looking for just under $90 million for the 19-year-old.

"His transfer will be very difficult, even for the biggest clubs. I'm far from putting a price on Jadon, he will play for Borussia Dortmund next season. Although, we already know that he won't play here until he retires," said Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc.
